L 'azienda Simon Komjanc è situata sulle ridenti colline di San Floriano del Collio in località Valerisce, nella zona D.O.C. Collio rinomata per la produzione di ottimi vini. L'azienda ha una superficie di 20 Ha dei quali 11 Ha a vigneto. Vinifica mediamente 600 hl di vino che commercializza prevalentemente in Italia. Le uve provengono esclusivamente da vigneti di proprietà e la loro vinificazione avviene secondo le tecnologie moderne, ma rispettando il sistema tradizionale che veniva usato da sempre sul Collio. A maggior garanzia e a tutela della qualità, il prodotto viene imbottigliato e commercializzato dall' azienda produttrice.

Der Simon Komjanc Betrieb befindet sich auf den sonnigen Higeln der Gorzer Collio und zwar in Valerisce, ein Gebiet von San Floriano sehr bekannt wegen der Produktion von vorziglichen Weinen. Das Gut erstreckt sich auf 20 Ha und 11 ha davon sind Weinberge. Es werden durchschnittlich 600 hl Wein produziert und vorwiegend in Italien verkauft. Die Trauben stammen nur aus eigenen Weinbergen und die Weinherstellung ist modern, aber nach traditioneller Weise, die typisch in dieser Gegend ist.
Um dem Produkt eine bessere Garantie der Qualitit anzubieten, werden die Flaschen im Betrieb gefullt und direkt verkauft.

The firm Simon Komjanc is an Italian height quality wine producer located on the sunny hills of San Floriano del Collio, the most beautiful area of Valerisce. The Collio is famous for the production of excellent quality wine. The firm is established on 20 Ha of land, 11 Ha of which is exclusively allocated for the vineyards. Our average production is 600 Hl most of which is sold locally in Italy and the process is carried out in accordance with the latest moderns technology - with respecting to the traditional system which was always used in Collio.
